Current Projects
Teaching virtual workshops in Ontario school system as a guest artist. mime, pantomime storytelling, commedia dell'arte, mask, and other subjects. Workshops are now available for booking through the 2021/22 season. I am also now on the vendor's list for the Toronto District School Board (TDSB). Available to return to in class visits once respective school boards grant persmission. Please note that I am fully vaccinated. See the Teacher's Lounge section for more details.
In creation projects for two short film projects on the subject of dementia. "Pantalone - The Ice Flow Cometh" which was designed as a live performance is being adapted for film. The second is a butoh inspired movement piece on the same theme of dementia with my colleague and friend Norma Araiza.
I have the Canadian performing rights to the Faustwork Mask Theatre production of 'The Mask Messenger'. The show is available throughout the year to elementary and secondary schools, theatres, festivals and other events throughout the country. Details available in the Teacher's Lounge section. Available again once the COVID-19 pandemic is established as under control and live presentations return to theatres and schools. (NOTE: This is a one person show with no crew or stage manager. In terms of any COVID-19 precautions your school may have in place, only one person will be at the school and that performer will be fully vaccinated.
